Step 2: Send your request
Enter the patient’s name and mobile number. Some clinics ask for an advance payment.

The clinic checks and confirms. Keep your booking link to see the answer.
Questions patients ask
Is booking through SehatDoc free for patients?
Yes. SehatDoc charges patients nothing. You pay the doctor’s consultation fee to the clinic, either at the visit or in advance if the clinic asks for it.
When is my appointment confirmed?
When the clinic confirms it. Your booking link shows the answer as soon as the clinic replies. Until then the time is held for you.
Are the doctors verified?
Every doctor is listed by their own clinic and has agreed to be listed. SehatDoc checks each doctor’s registration certificate before the profile goes live; a badge shows when the registration number has been verified.
How do I pay an advance, if the clinic asks?
Send the amount to the clinic’s own bank or wallet account shown on your booking page, then upload the payment screenshot and transaction ID there. The clinic confirms once the money arrives.
